I don’t know where I learned Pig Ankle Rag for sure, but it is a fairly simple, and fun tune. I had some fun with it in my brief time in between teaching fiddle lessons at Magnolia Music Studio tonight.
There is something to be said for just hanging loose with a tune and seeing what happens to come out.
