The first person I heard play this Gypsy Waltz was Mark Ralph. I don’t know who wrote this tune, or if Gypsy Waltz is its proper name. I learned this tune from Tony Ludiker when I studied with him in high school. Fiddler’s Companion doesn’t have any record of the tune, although there are a few recordings of it on youtube. If you know more about this tune, let me know.
Today I played this beautiful melody from the Della Terra Mountain Chateau in Estes Park (an Amazing wedding venue.)

Like this very much! Will be my next waltz. Is Dennis his son/brother?
Like the acoustics of the room:)
Beautiful, my new favorite. I have to learn this one.
It's an easy song to be expressive with, and really fun to play.
Beautiful tune and the acoustics in the hall are fantastic! Thanks Vi.
