Now, you may be thinking, “I’m fine! I drink plenty of fluids. I drink like 3 glasses of soda a day!”
I’m here to tell you that your body will function better when you have more water and you are more hydrated.
Now, coffee is great. I kind of recommend staying clear of the soda. If it’s 100% fruit juice, that’s okay too.
But water is where it’s at!
I especially notice this when I’m at a festival.
I’m getting ready- planning for going to Weiser soon, and I know that if I don’t get enough water, my body will regret it.
So, unless you want to have dehydration headaches, and you want to be unable to focus because you are short on water… Our bodies are half water right?? We need the water!
Go out, grab a glass of water right now, and drink it! Because your body will thank you!
So drink some water, get well-hydrated, and go practice.
