Weiser Workshop – Improvisation Essentials

This workshop covers the basics of improvisation. It will establish fundamental concepts that will help you become an improviser (or a better improviser). And there will be opportunities to try it out in a low stress environment. Core material is at an intermediate level, but this workshop is appropriate for all levels.

Topics covered include, what is improvising, how to get started, chord patterns, and creating melody lines. Bring your fiddle and your questions. This workshop is interactive.

This workshop will be held at the Weiser High School Band Room.
