You’ll swear they’re baking gingerbread backstage as Vi Wickam’s Christmas music dances in your ears. Vi, and his band of merry music makers will delight you and spark your holiday cheer. With special guests Amy Madden and Taylor Smith, you will be smiling and singing along to your Christmas favorites. This Holiday Showcase features local Loveland resident and Nationally recognized fiddle player and vocalist, Vi Wickam. Classically trained, raised in a family with a long musical history, Vi’s music spans from classical to blues, and jazz to old-time fiddle. He has been featured on dozens of CD recordings and on stage throughout the United States.

or the 5th year, Vi welcomes back his friends, Taylor Smith and Amy Madden to join his band featuring local favorites, Jim Abraham – Bass, Bob Montgomery – Keyboard, Franklin Taggart – Guitar, Hugh Castor – Drums, Jephta Bernstein and her daughter Naomi on Violin, Ben and Juliet Koenig – Violin, and Holden Koenig – Cello. For the last 4 years, this group has entertained full houses in Fort Collins and Loveland, playing your Christmas favorites, including songs from Vi’s Christmas CD entitled “Twas the Night Before Christmas.” Together, Taylor Smith, of American Idol fame, and Amy Madden, a local singing and acting sensation bring their amazing and unique vocal styles to the stage alongside some of Northern Colorado’s finest instrumental musicians.

There will be two shows, a Saturday night at Avogadro’s Number in Fort Collins, and a Sunday matinee at The Gressiwick in Downton Loveland at 426 N. Lincoln Avenue.

Holiday Reception at the Gressiwick

Tickets for our Gressiwick show include an exclusive invite to our pre-show reception with the real Santa Claus, Vi, and the concert’s featured performers! Signature holiday cocktails will be available and merriment will be abound. (Christina’s famous for her White Chocolate Martini, Cranberry Old Fashioned, and Peppermint Martini)

Join us for a festive reception starting at 2:30PM. Santa will arrive for pictures and to collect Christmas wishes at 3:00PM. (The concert begins at 4:00PM)
