When I get someone to join me for Fiddle Tune a Day, one of the things I often do to make it more fun is to play a song that my guest is familiar with, and often that means it is a song that I have never played before.
This is one of those times. When I found that ze Frank was going to be doing a seminar at Wizard Academy in Austin I really wanted to go. ze is one of the first people to have done a video blog show when he did “The Show” in 2006.
The Show isn’t the only project that ze has done. There is a TED talk (WARNING: contains swearing) where he covers some of the projects he has taken on over the past 10 years or so. You will find the story of Ray’s Song starting at 2 minutes into this TED video.
I truly enjoyed getting to meet ze, and his presentation was awesome. It was great information,but more importantly it was authentic, and honest. I really appreciate his generosity with his time, and wisdom.
